Sadly, my phone is still playing up which is a shame because I have broadened my horizons now and have added 2 more cookbooks to La Dolce Vegan from which I had been pretty much constantly eating! I now have How It All Vegan by the lovely Sarah Kramer and Vegan with A Vengance by Isa Chandra Moskovitz. It's taken me a while to tear myself away from LDV but I'm experimenting lots more with the other 2 now. Las night I made Vegan Sloppy Joes (not really sure what these are!!) from HIAV and they were great - tvp kind of chilli affair - sorry, no pic, you will just have to take my word for it!
Have just made a throw together lunch with the sad remnants of my fridge towards the end of a food week (my box delivery & food shopping day is Weds!) - grated carrots, olives, artichokes, lentils, pine nuts & jalepenos all smothered in the Creamy Italian Dressing from HIAV - very yummy but don't stand too close to me for the rest of the day - lotttssa garlic in that there dressing!
